We recommend you to have 3 masks for daily use. Wear one, wash one, dry one.
1. Wash the mask when you first receive it.
2. Insert a filter into the filter pocket layer of your mask.
3. Pull the earloops around your ears and adjust the toggles as necessary. Conform the nose bridge to your nose for a tight-seal.
4. Replace the filter, wash the cloth mask after use, and let it dry completely before the next use.
Mix warm fresh water and a mild laundry detergent in a basin. Immerse the mask and soak for 30 minutes. Rinse gently with fresh water, then place the mask between a towel to remove excess moisture. Hang dry. Wash separately.
We strongly recommend that you use the mask with a filter for increased protection. However, the answer to this depends on your use case. Using a filter will provide extra protection such as against polluted air particles and virus particles.

Our water-repellent HYDRODRY™ outer layer prevents the penetration of water and harmful airborne droplets, whereas our moisture-absorbing knitted TECHLITE™ inner layer is comfortable and sweat-wicking for everyday wear. Combined with a 5-layer filter insert, our mask offers a very high level of protection for general public use.
Other reusable cloth masks are typically made with woven fabrics and, on their own, are ineffective against the penetration of harmful airborne droplets. When used with a filter, these masks can be hot and stuffy for daily use.
We have taken advantage of our years of experience in manufacturing performance sportswear to create a product that is protective, lightweight, and comfortable for daily wear.
Our PM2.5 filters are fully lab-certified and lab-tested according to KN95 / GB2626-2006 standards and are 95%+ BFE/PFE. However, this is a general purpose mask and not a medical device. Efficiency of filtration also depends on a secure fit.
Our reusable face mask can be washed and reused as long as it fits your face. Depending on the usage and surroundings exposed to, we recommend our filters to be replaced within 14 days or 72 hours of ordinary daily use, whichever comes first.
Those who are in high-risk areas or who believe they may have been exposed to potentially harmful bacterias and viruses should wash the reusable face mask and dispose of the filter immediately after use.
Yes, as long as the filter fits into the filter pocket of the mask. In this case, the filtration capability will depend on the specification of your own filter.

Our masks are one-size-fits-most. Our masks also come with adjustable toggles so that you may adjust the length of the earloops to better fit your face.
